How ATLAS layers
ATLAS owns the catalog, governance, context, and connection UX. Kong handles REST/GraphQL/gRPC traffic and agentgateway handles MCP/A2A traffic. ATLAS provisions both on-demand when capabilities are registered.
ATLAS (control plane)
Catalog · governance · context · audit · one-stop registration · ATLAS-as-MCP · auto-routing
agentgateway (runtime data plane)
Proxies MCP, A2A, and HTTP traffic with Cedar policy enforcement. Auto-configured by ATLAS on every registration.
What can I do here?
Developer integration
Find approved APIs, MCP servers, tools, and agents — with owner, risk, approval, and setup instructions.

Enterprise search
Ask ATLAS for owners, runbooks, approval paths, and approved tools using plain language.
Register or manage
Service owners register capabilities, attach runbooks, and maintain plain-language summaries.
Governance review
Security and leadership see risk, AI accessibility, ownership gaps, stale records, and metadata-only policies.
